Welcome to CityDogs. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

1. Disclaimer of Liability

CITYDOGS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LEGALLY OR IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL HARM THAT MAY OCCUR TO YOU OR YOUR PETS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Harm that occurred due to the use of the app
• Harm that could have been avoided by not using the app
• Injuries, damages, or losses arising from meetups, dog walks, dog sitting, or any other activity arranged through the platform
• Actions or behavior of other users or their pets
• Any interactions that take place as a result of connections made through CityDogs

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK WHEN ARRANGING MEETUPS, DOG WALKS, DOG SITTING, OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THROUGH THE PLATFORM. CITYDOGS IS A PLATFORM FOR CONNECTING DOG OWNERS AND DOES NOT VET, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THE BEHAVIOR, RELIABILITY, OR SAFETY OF ANY USER OR THEIR PETS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use CityDogs. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Use the app for any illegal activity
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the app to harm or endanger animals in any way

4. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you post on CityDogs, including barks, messages, photos, and profile information. By posting content, you grant CityDogs a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion is subject to a 21-day grace period, during which your data remains accessible to protect other users who may have relied on your services. You can cancel the deletion by logging back in during this period. After 21 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

6. No Warranty

CityDogs is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
